In Terms of Scale...

Since we are being encouraged to explore and research the things were into, I decided to make a comparison in scale from human scale and the grain terminal scale to.....

My favorite thing in the whole wide world!!!
SNEAKERS

Looking at scale we can also relate to material goods and their worth. Taking this to a level of comparing the worth of shoes is an example that most "hypebeasts" would understand. The value of a sneaker depends on the price but most of all the limited quantity. When your seen with a pair of kicks that run you way over budget and only have been seen on your feet there is a sense of accomplishment and value. The value of the sneaker can be compared to the scale of the building. In this case comparing the value of the everyday new balance to the Nike Air Yeezy. Like the grain terminal the air yeezy is at much greater scale to a new balance.

Don't know if this is understandable to you guys but I thought it would be a cool type of narrative.

P.S. Due to architecture school, I was not able to make the release of the air yeezy in which i waited over a year for...LOL

  1. Sweet!!! now if you want to control the size of the images that you are putting in, its very easy.

once again, hit the edit buttin (graphic pencil).

look for the "width" and "height" values. you really only need one of the two - if you are more concerned with width, erase the "height" values alltogether.

  2. I guess thats my suggestion - as a formatting issue - adjust the width of the images.
