HELP! Photoshop photos

Anybody know how to upload a photoshop photo

    im trying to put a doctored up photoshop doc. onto the blog. when i go to upload it, it says theres an internal error.

    okay - so you need to save it as a Jpeg.

    to do that you must first FLATTEN the ARTWORK. in other words, you have all these layers and everything gets put onto one.

    then "save as" a jpeg - then you should be able to upload without problem.
