Facade.


Heres a photo I took the other day of the facade on a storefront...It is one of the ideas I had for proportions of the outside...

    I like that you are thinking about scale and proportion.

    But remember that you are contrasting the exterior from the interior, so don't loose sight of that.

    Is this building on the East side? If it is, it's one that I noticed while it was still under construction a while back and I love that treatment!! :) It's only on the first floor, right?

    How are you thinking about using this for your facade? What about the proportion and scale is interesting and relates to your design? I'm interesting in seeing your thought process... it might help me organize my own thoughts, lol!
